UK ETA EXPRESS is a private agency providing assistance with UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the UK government or any official government agency. All UK ETA applications are processed and approved solely by the UK Home Office and official immigration authorities. Our services include guiding applicants through the process, reviewing applications, and providing customer support.

1. OVERVIEW

By accessing or using the services provided at www.uketaexpress.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), you acknowledge that our service is a personalized digital assistance service and is not affiliated with the UK government. By submitting your application, you agree to waive any cancellation rights that may apply under traditional consumer protection laws.

2. SERVICE COSTS AND FEES

2.1 Fees
        •       The total fee for each applicant is £59 (£49 Service Fee + £10 Government Application Cost).
        •       This fee includes verification, assistance with data entry, and administrative review of your application.
        •       The exact applicable fee is displayed at the time of purchase for full transparency.

2.2 What the Fee Includes

  • Confirmation of Application Receipt
  • Application Data Review for Errors
  • Document Assistance & Information Verification
  • 24/7 Email Support and Guidance
  • Limited Reimbursement or Assistance if an Application is Declined (subject to specific terms)

2.3 Liability Disclaimer
        •       We assume no liability for any direct or indirect losses caused by credit card payment rejections.
        •       This may occur if the cardholder exceeds their limit, or if our payment processor declines the transaction.

3. PROCESSING TIME

We strive to review and process UK ETA applications within 24 hours from receiving the completed submission and payment.

However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
        •       UK government processing times
        •       Unforeseen technical issues
        •       Holidays or peak travel periods

Important: We strongly advise against relying on our services if you plan to travel within 48 hours, as last-minute applications carry an increased risk of delay.

4. REFUND & COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

4.1 How to Request a Refund or File a Complaint
        •       All refund requests and complaints must be submitted via email to:

Reason for the refund request or complaint

5. NO WAIVER

If either party fails to enforce any provision of this Disclaimer, it does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other term.

6. NOTICES

6.1 Electronic Notice
        •       Unless otherwise required by law, all notices and communications regarding refunds and complaints must be sent to:

6.2 Receipt of Notice

  • If sent on a business day, notice is deemed received on the same day.
  • If sent outside business hours, notice is deemed received on the next business day.

7. CHARGEBACK DISPUTES

7.1 Initial Contact Before Chargeback

If you are considering initiating a chargeback dispute, we strongly encourage you to contact us first.
        •       We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
        •       Most issues can be resolved without needing to file a chargeback.

7.2 Further Actions if a Chargeback is Initiated

If a chargeback dispute proceeds, we reserve the right to provide the following evidence to the financial institution:

  • Application details
  • Correspondence with the applicant
  • Proof of services rendered
